observations Acting Class Objective: Human mannerisms Setting: Local foodcourt *Erin's notes* Starbucks Cashier (female): Short hair, glasses, scattered tattoos. -Observations: Nervously touches face and pulls on ear, bites lip, taps fingers against counter, masculine presence, holds eyecontact with women longer than they hold it with her, *gay?* ring on wedding finger...hum... Woman, Red coat -Observations: Walks upright, looks directly forward, walks with a purpose...looks like a bitch...insecure?? Woman, short black spiked hair, with more feminine woman, sitting at table in front of me -Observations: hand either in pocket, or touching her face, head leaning upon it, leans forward, very direct eye contact, comfortably fixes woman's necklace...totally gay. Mary Anna (acting coach) -Observations: Walks with arms crossed or held behind her back, confident, straight posture, slow moving, very observant to surroundings. *looks like a director* Personal observations on myself: I fidget a lot when uncomfortable, like I don't know what to do with my hands, I lick my lips when I'm nervous, I can't hold eye contact very long without getting uncomfortable, I dress for comfort, not fashion, and I never wear open toed shoes. I make perverted jokes when I run out of conversation. I'm usually singing or humming when I'm alone. When people get on my nerves or just rub me the wrong way somehow, I get sick to my stomach, and likely make disgusted faces...That's..about it.
