Tossing about between nightmares, and sleeping all day It's...fuck, I don't know, like 105 degrees here...pretty disgusting. I took a swim in my neighbor's pool as they're out of town for the week. You know it's too bloody hot when you step into the pool and it feels like you've stepped into a large version of your bathtub. And the chlorine did painful things to my eyes. I went to church today, not by my free will. They were talking about the bible, and asked why people memorize verses of it, to which I responded, "My grandmother hurls them at me to justify me being the anti-christ." Which is true. That she does that, not me being the anti-christ. Which I might be as well... Does anyone ever get the idea that religion is bullshit? I hate to think it, because frankly, going along with the flow religion-wise gives you some fire insurance from the firey pits of H-E-L-L. But I can't lie, it often feels like bullshit. I do believe in a higher power...I believe in Karma...not sure I believe in everything in the bible, as it's just one huge tangled contradiction intermingled with fairy tales about a boat full of animals and a person living in a whale. TRUTH. JUSTICE. THE LAW! siiiiiiinner! I'm about to make some "piggies in a blanket" for my breakfast tomorrow, because I'm tired of eating bagels everyday. Hum. I watched "memento" last night. Anyone seen that? It was interesting...I don't think I'll see it again, but for the most part I liked it. I also bought two magazine's featuring Angelina Jolie at the movie store. A friend of mine saw me picking them out, and I just shrugged and smiled. Isn't she delicious? God, I'm gonna be first in line for Tombraider II. -SnubReality P.S. I need a good book recommendation...if anyone knows anything I should read, drop me a note. I'm desperate bc public transportation is very awkward without something to read. Ooo..what about that book 'better than chocolate'..I saw the movie, it was good. Maybe I'll get that. Well, thanks for the help. Hahahah
